What should I do to exchange an item purchased at HervásPiel.com?

To exchange purchased items, you must contact our customer service department through our "contact form" , at the following email address contacto@hervaspiel.com or by calling 927 481 695

Once we receive the item and check its condition, we will proceed with a new shipment at no additional cost to the customer.

When can I exchange an item?

Items purchased at HervásPiel.com can be exchanged as long as the size or color of the same item is changed, the price has not changed, the item is in perfect condition, and we have stock in the store.

RETURNS

Returns in HervásPiel.com are always FREE , the return period is 15 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. Garments must be in perfect condition (unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and no alterations) and with the corresponding purchase receipt.

To return a product from your home, you can request a return label by emailing: contacto@hervaspiel.com . After verifying the order details, we will send the home pickup service.

Returns for physical store purchases

If you need to return an item purchased in our physical store, you can do so without any problem within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided the following conditions are met:

  • It is essential to present the original purchase receipt .

  • The product must be in perfect condition , unused and with its original packaging .

  • Returns on personalized or custom-made items are not accepted, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

Returns are made exclusively in-store . Returns by mail or other means are not accepted.

If you prefer, you can also exchange your item for another of the same or higher price (paying the difference).
