What should I do to exchange an item?
To carry out the exchange of the purchased items, you must contact our customer service department through our "contact form" , at the following email address contacto@hervaspiel.com or by calling 927 481 695
Once the item has been received and its condition checked, we will proceed with the new shipment at no additional cost to the customer.
When can I exchange an item?
Items purchased at HervásPiel may be exchanged as long as it is a change of size or color of the same item, its price has not changed, the item is in perfect condition and we have stock in the store.
RETURNS
Returns in HervásPiel are always FREE , the return period is 15 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The items must be in perfect condition (not worn, not washed, with their internal labels and without alterations) and with their corresponding purchase receipt.
To make a return from your home, you can request the return label through the following email: contacto@hervaspiel.com . After verifying the order details, we will send the home collection service.
