What should I do to exchange an item?

To exchange the purchased items, you must contact our customer service department through our "contact form" , at the following email address or by calling 927 481 695

Once we receive the item and check its condition, we will proceed with the new shipment at no additional cost to the customer.

When can I exchange an item?

Items purchased at may be exchanged as long as it involves a change in size or color of the same item, its price has not changed, the item is in perfect condition and we have stock in the store.


Returns at are always FREE , the return period is 15 days from the date of receipt of the shipment. The garments must be in perfect condition (not worn, not washed, with their interior labels and without alterations) and with their corresponding purchase receipt.
