What do I need to do to exchange an item purchased from HervásPiel.com?
To exchange purchased items, please contact our customer service department via our "contact form" , at the following email address contacto@hervaspiel.com or by calling 927 481 695
Once the item has been received and its condition verified, we will proceed with the new shipment at no additional cost to the customer.
When can I exchange an item?
Items purchased at HervásPiel.com can be exchanged as long as it is a change of size or color of the same item, its price has not changed, the item is in perfect condition and we have stock in the store.
Only the first exchange will be free; the shipping costs associated with subsequent exchanges will be paid by the customer.
RETURNS
Returns in HervásPiel.com offers FREE shipping , and the return period is 15 days. from the date of receipt of the shipment. The garments must be in perfect condition (unused, unwashed, with their inner tags and without alterations) and with their corresponding purchase receipt.
To make a return from your home, you can request a return label via the following email: contacto@hervaspiel.com . After verifying the order details, we will send the home collection service.
RETURNS OF IN-STORE PURCHASES
If you need to return an item purchased in our physical store, you can do so without any problem within 15 calendar days from the date of purchase, provided that the following conditions are met:

It is essential to present the original purchase receipt .

The product must be in perfect condition , unused and in its original packaging .

Returns are not accepted for personalized or custom-made items, except for manufacturing defects.
Returns are accepted exclusively in-store . Returns by mail or other means are not accepted.
If you prefer, you can also exchange your item for another of the same or higher value (paying the difference).
